This policy explains what personal data New HR AI collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

New HR AI is operated by Tolga Temtek, based in Paris, France. Tolga Temtek is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you take the HR AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, role, company, industry, company size, and your answers to the assessment questions.

When you use the website, we collect basic usage data through analytics tools (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). This is done with Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, which use cookies and are only activated if you agree through the cookie banner.

When you contact us by email, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

We do not collect special-category data (such as health, political, or biometric data), and the assessment is not designed to capture it.

How your report is generated

Your assessment report is produced automatically. We use AI-assisted analysis of your answers to calculate your scores across the assessment dimensions and to generate the written insights and recommendations in your report. This is automated processing, but it produces informational feedback only. It does not make any decision that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

  • To generate and deliver your assessment report. This is the service you asked for, so the legal basis is performance of your request. We use your answers to produce your personal and organisational report as described above.
  • To send you HR AI insights and updates, only if you tick the opt-in box. The legal basis is your consent. The box is unticked by default; if you do not tick it, we do not send you anything beyond your report. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
  • For website and assessment analytics. The legal basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner. Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) are only set if you agree, and if you decline they are not used.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run New HR AI:

  • Hosting: Netlify, which hosts the website and processes requests.
  • Analytics: Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (Google Analytics), for website usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Email updates: if you opt in, we use your email to send you HR AI updates through an email delivery provider we select. We will update this policy to name the provider once one is in use.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, in the United States, specifically Netlify (hosting), Microsoft (Clarity), and Google (Analytics), along with any email delivery provider we later use for updates. Where your data is transferred to them, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

How long we keep it

  • Assessment data: up to 24 months after you complete the assessment, after which it is deleted. We delete it sooner if you ask us to.
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Email correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the analytics providers’ standard settings (for Google Analytics, up to 14 months).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you,
  • have it corrected if it is wrong,
  • have it deleted,
  • restrict or object to how we use it,
  • receive your data in a portable format,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, and
  • unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

To exercise any of these, email hello@newhr.ai and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for basic functionality and, only with your agreement, analytics cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change your browser settings to manage cookies at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows the most recent version.
